New Year:New Resolutions
The new beginnig of everything gives the opportunity to start afresh and in a better way.In this sense, the begining of a new year is the great opportunity to shed the old and rotten ways and embrace fresh and efficient ways of living life.The opening of a new year is like sitting in a train to a new direction. Everyone can choose his/her destination for the current year, and the class of the journey.
Here are some of the resolutions that can be helpful in deciding the quality of journey for 366 days in 2024.
-:Efforts for better health:-
Our body is the plane.No sky-high journey is possible without a plane. For long, successful and enjoyable journey,there is the need of an efficient and high quality plane.All the aspirations and dreams of life are possible if we have an efficient and healthy body.
For good health and healthy body, one needs good eating habits, quality food, regular physical exercise and Yoga.Its necessarily recommended to everyone that at least two hours everyday must be given to physical well being.
Number one resolution of a new year must be about fit and healthy body. All the paths of life would be measured and all the joys would be enjoyed by our body.
-:Efforts for better mental health:-
Number two resolution of a new year must be to improve the qaulity and capacity of our mind. Mind also needs good food and regular exercise as our body needs.But food and exercise for mind is different from the food and exercise for body.Reading good literature and listening wise discussions is the food for mind.Applying new ideas in solving the problems of life is like exercise to mind.
It can be resolved that a good book every month would be studied.It would be kept in mind that maximum time would be spent with the people that are full of positive, creative and innovative ideas.These two habits of reading and good company will work as good food and regular exercise for mind.
-: Efforts for better emotional health:-
The quality of life depends on emotional health very much.One can be very intelligent and physically strong but the lack of emotional health will ruin the joy and happiness of life.Emotional health ensures good relationship with the family members, friends, colleagues and other people.We must have positive and cooperative attitude with the people.Helping people without any expectation not only good for our better luck but it improves our confidence in ourselves.We must deal people with soft and friendly manner, people must be given the benefit of doubt and they must not be measured according to vested interest.
These are three crucial areas on which one must focus for better life.Improving these there sides of our life can be our new year resolutions.
