Gandhian philosophy
Gandhi studied law in England and returned India with the desire to ensure the legal rights to the people of his mother-land.Unfortunately, his desire could not be fulfilled in India, he could not get as much success as he would have imagined. But this initial failure or slow start turned out to be the best fortune in the life of Mohanadas Karamchand. Yes, he was just a simple man as Mohanadas Karamchand till then with the degree of law.
Gandhian philosophy to fight against injustice & inequality
ToggleJourney to South Africa… a turning point.
But his journey to South Africa and the incidents that happened on the soil of South Africa changed his life for once and all.
On June 07,1893 at Pietermaritzburg, Gandhi was thrown out of the first class compartment of the train. This incident proved to be the seed of big change in coming years. This injustice and discriminatory act of an English-officer became the root cause of the end of British imperialism.Gandhi tried his method of Satyagarha and forced railway authority to say sorry and British Government to change the indiscriminatary law.No one would have thought that this small incident would change into the biggest fight against injustice and inequality in the whole world.
